What is Hypnosis Used For?

Nearly everyone has heard of hypnosis or hypnotherapy before, but don’t feel badly if you’re not sure exactly what the term means. Most people are unaware of just what hypnotherapy is and how it’s used today. In it’s simplest form, hypnosis involves putting the body into an altered state of Consciousness where it is open to the power of suggestion. The mind can then be filled with powerful messages that can change thinking and behaviour.
