Really helpful

I’ve only used the exercise hypnotherapy once and already I feel more motivated to be active. This is my fourth hypnotherapy download, they really help me to relax and I find them effective

Exercise Motivation mp3

I downloaded this mp3 because I needed to get more motivated to exercise (as per the title!) because I'd been unable to stick to regular exercise, part of the reason being a long period of illness that I'd never experienced before. I understand that to make any changes permanent involves commitment for at least 21 days so I listened to the MP3 every night before bedtime, often falling asleep before the end. By the 5th day I had a really weird experience of my body and mind craving movement. In fact I arrived home that Saturday morning after a Park Run, had a bit of lunch and felt I had to keep moving. So I got the bike out of the garage and went for a really lovely ride around my nearby lake. And then went around again because I was having so much fun. I even find myself now planning my week ahead for which days I can do a particular workout, based on energy levels and my work schedule.I would highly recommend this MP3

The Best Therapy App

I have bought many hypnosis apps and Mark Bowden’s are by far the best and most effective. He knows what he is doing and it shows in the hypnosis scripts. Not only that but he is very responsive to messages, if you have a question or problem with the app he responds quickly and effectively. I highly recommend this app. A++++

I wanna feel the burn!!

I can't remember what the actual series says because I fell asleep twice listening to it but thank God for the subconscious because it's definitely worked. I noticed today I kept thinking about working out differently than before. I have always wanted to be the type of person who works out but for some reason I've never been consistent with it. I just don't seem to like it even though I know it's healthy. Well today I felt like my body wanted to stretch, I had a strong urge to get out and run. I wanted to feel my muscles burn from working out haha which is weird because that's my least favorite part. It almost felt like if I had been working out my whole life and needed more. I was craving it.
