Having low self esteem means more than just not feeling good about yourself. Poor self esteem can actually strongly interfere with your life. People who have low self esteem are often less successful at work and school than those who feel good about themselves, and it can be hard to establish healthy relationships when you suffer from poor self esteem. Plus, suffering from low self esteem can rob you of happiness, contribute to depression and even make you more likely to develop unhealthy habits such as gambling and abusing substances.

  2. Hypnotherapy can help you heal.

    Past hurts and disappointments can leave emotional scars behind. While you may have mentally moved beyond these traumatic and painful experiences of the past, your subconscious can hold onto them, and memories of them can contribute to low self esteem. Hypnosis can help those scars finally heal, allow you to forgive yourself or others that have hurt you and move on. A huge part of hypnotherapy and any other therapy is that the past most definitely does not equal the future.

  3. Hypnotherapy (can be) convenient and effortless.

    Because of the way that hypnosis works on the subconscious you can simply relax and allow the hypnotherapists words to make these beneficial changes for you. The important thing is to keep an open mind. By having a belief and acceptance that positive changes can and will happen your put your brain in the best possible state to create new beneficial neuro-pathways in the brain. Also, although hypnotherapy can be effortless I also recommend making conscious, beneficial changes so that you are complimenting the hypnotherapy from at a conscious level, whilst it is impacting at the subconscious level.
