Mark Bowden is a former covert operative with some of the UKs most elite Law Enforcement agencies including the National Crime Agency and the Serious Organised Crime Agency.
In his previous line of work he knew what it took to perform under immense stress in hostile environments. As he progressed into management he became more and more interested in both leadership and helping to get the very best out of his team.
By drawing upon his previous studies at university that included psychology he was able to start this process , which saw him go through various management, leadership and other courses to get the very best out of both himself and those that he led.
Qualifications
Mark enrolled in various courses in the areas of NLP and Hypnotherapy and began to take his knowledge, his qualifications and his experience to higher and higher levels. Mark’s most recent qualification was with the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy at the prestigious Clifton Practice. This training is often referred to as the ‘gold standard’ of Hypnotherapy.
This journey was where he became more and more interested in areas such as NLP, hypnosis and hypnotherapy and in Mark’s own words “I found hypnotherapy to be the most effective changer of human thinking, human behaviour and even human physiology that I had ever come across”.
Mark puts a lot of pride, effort and enthusiasm into the recordings that he produces. They are all professionally recorded from his own established studio. Mark receives emails from all over the world every week from people who have used these sessions to change and improve their lives.
The demand to work with Mark on a 1-1 basis has increased dramatically over the years following the global recognition and success of his work. He now increasingly works with professional football players from the English Premier League to assist them in utilising their amazing brains to perform at higher and higher levels.
